一种以环氧树脂、环氧固化剂为基料,添加非碳系复合型导电填料、防锈颜料、助剂组成的双组分防腐蚀涂料。

● 必须涂装于推荐的环氧耐油导静电底漆上,且须在规定的重涂间隔内进行涂装。底漆损 伤部位必须喷射处理至Sa2.5 级(ISO8501-1)或动力处理至St3 级标准,并对这些 部位补涂底漆。
● It must be applied on the recommended epoxy oil resistant and static conductive primer, and must be applied within the specified recoating interval. The damaged areas of the primer must be treated with spray treatment to Sa2.5 level (ISO8501-1) or power treatment to St3 level standard, and these areas must be repainted with primer.
● 已涂底漆表面:清洁干燥无污物。

● 施工环境温度5~38℃,空气相对湿度不大于85%,并且底材表面温度应最少大于露点 3℃;雨、雾、雪、大风和较大灰尘等恶劣天气,禁止户外使用;

● 混合:本产品为两罐装,组成一个单元供应。使用时先用搅拌器搅匀主漆,把固化剂规 定比例加入,用搅拌器搅匀,并添加适量配套稀释剂调整到合适的施工粘度。一经混合, 必须在规定的混合适用期内使用。
● Mixing: This product is available in two cans as one set. Before application, firstly stir the main part evenly with a mixer, adding the curing agent at the specified ratio, mix evenly with a mixer, and add an appropriate amount of thinner to adjust to the appropriate application viscosity. Once mixed, it must be used up within the pot life.
