For non ferrous surface, solvent cleaning is recommended.
For rusted part on ferrous surface, power tool cleaned to ISO-St 3 is recommended.
Take precautions to avoid skin and eye contact (i.e. gloves, goggles, face masks, barrier creams etc.) Proper ventilation and protective measures must be provided during applications and drying period to keep solvent vapor concentrations within safe limits.

2) At temperature below 5℃, it will take longer to dry and harden.
3) Consult Nippon Paint Marine Coatings in advance when polyurethane paint is overcoated.
